Companies that have placed their trust in us:
How we can help
We take over all of your bookkeeping, including everything that comes with it.

We keep the general ledger and all records
Bookkeeping, cash, fixed assets, customer and supplier ledgers.
Goods and materials
We prepare cost calculations and advise on inventory management.
We prepare VAT returns and records
Purchase and sales invoice ledgers, calculation and filing of returns within the prescribed deadlines.
We determine tax liabilities and prepare balances
Tax balance, tax records and keeping track of every deadline.
We write accounting policies and rulebooks
Internal acts that must exist and are requested whenever there is an audit.
We draw answers from your numbers
We use the same data we keep anyway to tell you where you are making money and where you are not.
Who it is intended for
We work with companies for which bookkeeping is more than data entry.
Companies with more complex operations.
Several activities, several warehouses or several related companies.
Companies with a foreign owner.
Reporting has to meet both local regulations and the owner's requirements.
Companies that have outgrown their bookkeeping.
The volume has grown, but the way of working has stayed the same.
Companies that need more than record-keeping.
Alongside orderly books, they need someone who can draw answers from them.
Companies changing accountants.
We handle the handover of the books, with no interruption to your work.

What you get
Orderly books, deadlines met and one point of contact for every question.
Fully kept books
All records, returns and balances prepared and submitted on time.
We track deadlines for you
You don't have to keep track of what is due when. That's our job.
Answers when you need them
A business question shouldn't have to wait until the end of the month for an answer.
A basis for everything else
Orderly books are the basis for reports, valuations and every serious decision.

What changing your accountant looks like
Most companies that contact us already have an accountant. Taking over the books is routine work, and we handle it.

Review of the current state
We go through the current state and tell you what we find before we take anything over.
Alignment
We agree on what is handed over and in what form, along with everything needed to carry on working.
Taking over the documentation
We check the records and open items and reconcile them before we continue.
Carrying on
We take over the bookkeeping and deadline tracking from there.

Why companies work with us
Today an accountant is expected to be a tax adviser, a business adviser and anything else a client can think of. That is why services get improvised and quality on the market drops.

We specialise, we don't improvise
Every area is handled by someone who does it all the time, not by whoever is available.
We don't keep the books for everyone
We work with a smaller number of larger clients, because that is how serious work gets done.
We get in touch first
When a regulation changes or a deadline approaches, we don't wait for you to ask.
We reply within 24 hours
When a decision depends on a single figure, waiting is a cost.
Everything else comes with the books.
Reports, valuations and advisory are handled by people who already know your business.
What working with us looks like
From the first enquiry to the finished job, in four steps.

What you need to know about working with us
Who our clients are, what is included and what working together looks like.
Can we switch to you mid-year?
Yes. Switching is easiest at the start of a year or quarter, but it isn't a requirement. Before taking over, we review the current state.
What if you find errors in the books?
We tell you what we found and what should be corrected before we go any further. We don't start from the assumption that everything is in order.
Do you do only part of the work if we have an in-house accounting team?
Yes. For some clients we handle only certain areas, alongside their in-house accounting team.
Who is our contact for everyday questions?
You have a dedicated contact who knows your business, not a general inbox.
