How we can help
Five areas where companies most often ask for help. Most of them are legal obligations.

Transfer pricing
When your companies do business with each other, the law requires proof that prices are at market level. We prepare that proof.
Business advisory and restructuring
Buying, selling or restructuring a company. We tell you what a decision really means before you make it.

Accounting
We keep the books for medium-sized and large companies. Orderly records and answers you can use in your decisions.

Additional services

What we are asked most often
Answers to the questions that come up in almost every first conversation.
Do you work with sole traders and individuals?
No. We work with companies, most often medium-sized and large businesses with more complex operations.
How big are your clients?
From companies with around BAM 5 million in revenue to groups with BAM 300 million. Size is not the only criterion. A company with ten employees can have more complex operations than one with two hundred.
Do you work with foreign companies operating in BiH?
Yes, we have extensive experience working with foreign companies.
Can we get an indicative price before the conversation?
We don't quote a figure before we know what is involved. After the first conversation, you receive a proposal with a clear scope of work and timeline.
What do you need from us to get started?
It depends on the service, but it always comes down to honesty, openness and clear communication of the requirements, needs and problems you face in your business.
