Biography
Born in 1977. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka in 2004.
He gained extensive business experience working for several companies.
He worked as an associate for investments at VralInvest d.o.o. Banja Luka, which included helping clients in defining the development goals of the company, choosing the type of access to financial sources, selecting the best financial business solutions , developing a business plan, credit applications, investment project, feasibility studies, etc.
At the broker-dealer house “Eurobroker” a.d. Banja Luka, he performed brokerage whilst gaining experience in the field of financial markets and corporate governance.
Working as a Chief Financial Officer and then General Manager of Potkozarje a.d. Gradiška, he gained experience in managing companies and he directly participated in the organization and implementation of rehabilitation and restructuring of enterprises.
At Nova banka a.d. Banja Luka he worked as an internal audit associate, product development associate and associate for sale management and counter management.
He passed a state license exam for vocation of Broker and has the certificate of DEZA / GTZ consultant. He speaks English language. He is married and has one child.
Since June 2019 he has been a member of the VELA consulting team.
